Dodge Woodworking was founded in 1985. The company began with a passion for woodworking and the drive to be self employed. Chip started his career out of trade school by going directly into commercial construction as a supervisor. During this time he was able to keep his woodworking skills sharp by taking on commissions for custom furniture and cabinetry. By the mid 80's Chip had a strong client base and was able to become self employed.

Today, Chip is accompanied by his son Luke, as the two work side by side in the family business. Luke has worked under his father since the age of 14. They share the responsibilities of day to day operations. From building cabinetry to estimating jobs, they work as an efficient team that focuses on their customers and quality of work.
